Global economic justice

Policies that govern global economic relationships present a serious moral challenge for Christians in the United States. Mennonite Central Committee works to address human need by engaging in economic and community development efforts in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. However, MCC and our partners’ efforts toward sustainable development are often negatively impacted by global economic policies.

A holistic approach to sustainable development necessitates a rethinking of international economic policies. The MCC Washington Office encourages and promotes policies that truly address human need for all people.
